Ingredients

  • 3 cans tuna
  • 12 mushrooms (natural)
  • 1 strip bacon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 100 milliliters cream (100 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 6 parsley sprigs
  • olive oil
  • salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Cut the bacon into small cubes or strips, and fry in a skillet in its own fat. Add the parsley, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and add the well washed, drained, and sliced ​​mushrooms. Cook until golden.
  2. Add the well drained tuna, and mix.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream with the milk, and add the curry, stirring well until completely dissolved. Add the curry mixture to the skillet, and mix well. Adjust the seasoning with a little bit of salt. Let boil, and simmer. If it starts to get too dry, add a little more milk.

Great tuna curry recipe! I am so happy I came across it. The flavor is amazing, the season is just right, and the bacon adds in an extra bit of excellence. I also really admired the creamy consistency of this dish. Everything combined worked so well together. I will have to do this again sometime.
