Turned out great! It has rich flavors and deep earthy scent. I just added red chilli for more Indian taste🤒

Delicious! Everyone in the house loved it, including my two year old, and my father (who normally avoids fish anything). I served it with lightly sauteed spinach and basmati rice. I substitued canned tomatoes for fresh (hey, it's all I had in the pantry), and it still worked out really well.

This makes a great tasting Indian tuna. We serve it over rice. My husband likes to dip chunks of crusty bread into, and eat it with his hands, with or without the rice. I have also served it over hakka noodles.
