Ingredients

284 grams canned tuna (drained)
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 jalapeno chilies (finely chopped)
salt
ground black pepper
2 loaves (small ciabatta)
lettuce leaves
tomatoes (sliced)
onions (sliced)
pickles (sliced)

Directions

1Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and chili. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2Cut the bread in half and warm on both sides.
3Plate the bottom half of the bread and the rest of the ingredients in this order: lettuce, tuna, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, and then add the top half of the bread. Serve.
