Description

This dish is a tuna casserole but it is not cooked in the oven so it ends up looking more like a goulash. The amount of seasonings used is approximate, so feel free to improvise a little. If you are a gluten free or dairy free family like mine, just omit the cheese and swap regular noodles for gluten free ones.

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 cans tuna (Bumblebee)
  • 1/4 cup velveeta cheese (or regular cheddar)
  • 4 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 package noodles (Fusilli)
  • 1 package frozen peas (optional)

    Directions

    1. Open all the cans and drain the tuna.
    2. Combine the tuna and cream of mushroom soup in a large (microwave safe) bowl and stir.
    3. Add all the seasonings to the tuna and cream of mushroom soup mix and stir.
