Ingredients

2 hamburger buns
2 cans tuna (in water, drained)
1 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley (minced)
2 cloves garlic (marinated, minced)
1/2 lime
salt and ground black pepper
cooking spray
light mayonnaise
tomatoes (sliced)
onions (cut into half moons)
lettuce
4 carrots (peeled and grated)
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cream
salt and ground black pepper

Directions

1Mix the tuna, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Divide into 2 sections and form into patties.
2Cook each patty in a little cooking spray on high heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
3Spread half of each bun with mayonnaise. Layer lettuce, the tuna burgers, tomato, and onion, and cover with the other half of the bun.
4Make the salad by mixing the carrots, raisins, mayonnaise, cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
