My husband loves this but I changed it up based on our taste I made the marinade per recipe instructions rather than grill it, I browned the chicken in a skillet when browned I deglazed the skillet with a little wine and chicken broth when the deglazing liquid cooked down some I added a pat of butter to smooth it out

needs salt, charcoal hawaiian salt is perfect, but overall this is a fantastic dish. I put mine over seasoned wild rice and honey dripped around the plate.

Liked it alot would use atleast 2 tsp of honey .. Def would try it again, it was a very easy process

Made this ...Great stuff !!!!! I used a whole lime and more honey more like 2 or 3 tablespoons and ,it was great. !!!!Will make this again !!!

Followed the recipe and my wife & I liked it. The next time i'll double the orange & juice, lime, triple the honey to have more to use as a sauce after removing the chicken from the marinade and bringing the marinade to a boil). I scored the chicken on both sides before adding it to the marinade. We have a Vacu Vin Marinator (vacuum marinator) where 10 minutes in that is equal to 30 minutes in a sealed bag and I left it for 3 hours. I may try adding as one person suggested 1 tsp of cumin for a "taste of India" ?

Very bland. The citrus flavour was barely detectable. Would not make again. I even tried everyone else's suggestions to improve flavour.

To make it more "tropical", add a little allspice and/or crushed coriander into the citrus juices. A little cumin may also add a little depth of flavor as well.

The only suggestion I would have is to heat up the citrus mixture w/ honey for 1 1/2 min. to marry the flavors well to absorb into the meat.
