Description

Anything with chocolate is sure to be an instant hit in your house. Serve them warm as a snack during the day, or cold for breakfast. These are a chocolate lover's dream, with three types of chocolate in every bite. They are very easy to make - less than 20 minutes of prep time.

Ingredients

200 grams flour
115 grams brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
25 grams cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
100 grams white chocolate (chunked)
100 grams milk chocolate (chunked)
100 milliliters sunflower oil
2 eggs
200 milliliters milk

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Sift the flour and mix it together with the brown sugar, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
3Add all of the chocolate chunks to the flour but don’t allow them to sink to the bottom of the mixture.
4Separately, whisk together the oil, eggs, and milk.
5Add the liquids to the solids and stir until combined. Do not overmix.
6Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
