  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 ounces dark chocolate (70% cacao, roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
