- 1/2 cup skippi natur super chunk peanut butter spread
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 6 cups cereal flake grain wheat whole
- 1 cup dried apricot (finely chopped, or raisins)
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In large microwave safe bowl, combine Skippy® Natural Super Chunk® Peanut Butter Spread, honey and Spread. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until melted. Stir in marshmallows, then microwave 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted, stirring once. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press mixture into prepared pan. Let cool completely. Cut into 24 bars. Serve immediately or wrap to go.
