It was really good. The directions were vague in some aspects, but was able to work around that and still produce an awesome supper. The whole family loved it. I did add seeded jalapenos to the dish...and doubled the curry powder.

Delicious!! Used curry spices and chicken buillon instead of the chicken curry spice recommended for the recipe. Added 1 additional table spoon of curry for a bold flavor (we love curry). Added 2 table spoon of greek yougurt and used 2 tablespoons of cornstarch diluted in very little water to thicken the sauce.

Flavor is great. Add salt to adjust seasoning at end. Next time I want to blend the “curry paste” in food processor prior to adding chicken and tomato.

This was my first time making curry and it was easy and delicious! I only had tomato sauce on hand, so it came out a bit too tomato-y. I used a little more than 1tbsp of McCormick curry powder and it came out fine. Great recipe!
