  • 1/2 green bell pepper (each of red, yellow and, chopped finely)
  • 3 slices cooked ham (cut into strips)
  • 1 onion (small, peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 grams cream cheese (with herbs)
  • 75 milliliters milk
  • 500 grams tortellini (with meat)
  • parsley (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions until soft. Add the peppers and sauté for another 1-2 mins. Add the ham and stir in the cream cheese and milk. Simmer for about 3 mins and season to taste.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the tortellini and stir it into the sauce. Mix well and serve garnished with parsley.
