Ingredients

  • 20 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 7 ounces sliced ham (thinly, cut into strips)
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • chopped parsley (to serve)

Directions

  1. Cook tortellini in a large saucepan of boiling water according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet on high heat. Add ham and garlic and sauté 2-3 mins until ham begins to crisp. Add the tortellini along with the cream and cheese; cook and stir 1-2 mins. Sprinkle with parsley.
