I have always wanted to make a Tortellini pie, but the recipes I had seen were just so time consuming. I decided to go ahead and try this one and it was doable. The crust was crispy and flakey and the inside just exploded with flavor from the sauce. I finally found my 5 star tortellini pie to make in the future.
