    one of my go to recipes. we eat this twice a month! usually use cilantro for the fresh herb and top with chimichurri. Goes great with carrot salad https://www.yummly.com/recipe/Moroccan-Shredded-Carrot-Salad-1579773

    Excellent roast despite the fact that I forgot to check the thermometer (actually I left instructions with my husband to check it when I left the house...😕). I had set a timer for 90 minutes, when the timer went off the internal meat temp was 175 degrees. It was very well done but still juicy & fairly tender. The flavor was excellent & so was the gravy. I appreciate the details in the directions.
