A lovely salad to accompany any dish, lunch, dinner, BBQ or just as a light lunch or dinner on it’s own. It is fresh and will leave you feel refreshed with more positive energy (or at least it works this way on me). You will need:

  • tomatoes
  • cheese (Greed)
  • red onion
  • yellow pepper (Sweet)
  • black olives
  • basil
  • dressing
  • juice (a lemon)
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • dried herbs (optional)

    Directions

    1. Cut your vegetables in your desired sizes. Grate your Greek cheese or just cut it into cubes.
    2. For your dressing juice your lemon and add your olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and if you like dried herbs. Stir well end combine with your vegetables or just pour your dressing over your salad.
    3. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for the right time.
