Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta in Actifry

Hoje para Jantar


  • 1 baguette
  • 1 tomatoes (very ripe)
  • 1 fresh mozzarella cheese (ball)
  • olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • basil leaves


  1. Cut baguette in half lengthwise.
  2. Put the bread in Actifry (or other table-top, low-fat fryer) with cut side down and set for 1 minute.
  3. Turn bread over, drizzle with a little olive oil and set for 1 additional minute.
  4. Remove bread and top with slices of mozzarella and tomatoes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place baguette in Actifry.
  7. Set for 5 minutes.
  8. For toastier bread, add 1-2 minutes to cooking time.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. Garnish with basil leaves.
