Ingredients

olive oil
1/2 onions (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
4 sausages (thin slices)
2 tomatoes (ripe, chopped)
250 grams pasta
salt
6 eggs

Directions

1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add onion, garlic, and sausages, and cook until golden brown.
2Add the tomato, and bring to a simmer.
3Add boiling water to the pan, and add the pasta. Adjust the seasoning. Halfway through cooking (about 4 or 5 minutes, or follow package instructions), add the eggs. When the eggs are cooked, remove from heat, and serve.
