  • olive oil
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 4 sausages (thin slices)
  • 2 tomatoes (ripe, chopped)
  • 250 grams pasta
  • salt
  • 6 eggs

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add onion, garlic, and sausages, and cook until golden brown.
  2. Add the tomato, and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add boiling water to the pan, and add the pasta. Adjust the seasoning. Halfway through cooking (about 4 or 5 minutes, or follow package instructions), add the eggs. When the eggs are cooked, remove from heat, and serve.

Great macaroni recipe. Made it the other night and the whole family went crazy over it. I didn't find that the recipe needed any tweaking, but I did add some pepper to the one I made. Super delicious and the textures of everything work very well together. I have to say, I was very surprised and satisfied with the result. Thanks for sharing with us.
