Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 celery stick (diced)
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes (tajin or pequin chile, may substitute cayenne)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend the tomato juice with the clery in the blender. Add the lime juice, chile flakes, salt, and cubes of ice.
  2. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds then for 15 seconds on maximum speed.
  3. Serve.
