Great dish. I used all the seasonings but used my own measurements. I really like d the combination of flavors! The only thing I should have done was added a bit more of salt when I added the tomatoes. I feel like they watered down the flavor. (I added some after tasting the dish and IT WAS AMAZING). I also added mushrooms. Overall, I loved it and will make it again.

Made this last night and it was delicious. I used mostly reduced fat mozzarella and some shaved parmesan. The tomatoes and spinach added a tasty touch.
