Great recipe. My kids love this 💓

I replaced tinned tomatoes for fresh ones and skinned them. The soup was a surprisingly creamy texture. I'm not a massive fan of soup but I will definitely be making this again soon.

Lovely soup. Perhaps a little watery so I might leave to simmer for longer next time. Kid friendly and better with a little hot sauce for adults!
