Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tomatoes (ripe)
  • 2 chile peppers (chipotle)
  • 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
  • 1 sprig coriander
  • salt

Directions

I've never had quesadillas with a tomato sauce, but I'll definitely try it again. It's a much healthier alternative than sour cream.
