1 onions (slice)
1 chile pepper (green)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt

Directions

1Saute the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chile pepper in a skillet on medium heat with a tablespoon of oil. Cook for five minutes on high heat until browned.
2Place the onion, garlic, and salt in a mortar and pestle and begin grinding everything up.
3Add the tomatoes and grind into a sauce.
4Chill or heat for use on pasta.
