Description

This meal can be ready in just 25 minutes. The ground beef is cooked until tender, and has prosciutto added to have a savory flavor. Worcestershire sauce is added to bring a bitter and tart flavor to the hamburger. The tomatoes buns add color to a dish that can be served as an appetizer of even an hors d’oeuvres.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams ground meat (mixed with prosciutto)
  • ground black pepper
  • worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced thick)
  • 1 onions (peeled and sliced)

Directions

  1. 1Turn the broiler on high in the oven.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix the minced meat with a pinch of black pepper and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Combine well.
  3. 3Shape the meat into patties.
  4. 4On a baking sheet, place the hamburger patties, the tomatoes and onion slices.
  5. 5Broil for 3 minutes, then remove the onions and tomatoes before turning the patties. Cook for 4 more minutes until brown.
  6. 6Plate the hamburgers, topping with the onion slices. Use the tomato slices instead of bread.
