  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (French's® Chardonnay, Squeeze Bottle)
  • 1/4 tsp. McCormick Thyme Leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. butter (softened)
  • 8 slices sourdough bread (1/2-inch thick)
  • 4 slices American cheese (1-ounce slices)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (1-ounce slices)
  • 4 slices muenster cheese (1-ounce slices)
  • 1 plum tomato (large, cut into 8 slices)

    Directions

    1. 1 Mix mustard and thyme. Set aside. Butter 1 side of each of the bread slices. Spread mustard mixture on each of 4 bread slices with buttered side down. Layer each with 1 slice of each of the cheeses and 2 slices tomato. Top with remaining bread slices with buttered side up.
    2. 2 Place sandwiches in large skillet or griddle on medium-low heat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Cook in batches if necessary.
