Great flavor. The recipe doesn't detail how to prepare the tomatoes. I'd recommend peeling them and removing seeds. Cut an x at the bottom of your tomatoes and place in boiling water until you can see the skin peeling off slightly. Recipe calls for plum tomatoes but I prefer beefsteak.
Quick, easy, with lots and lots of flavor.

it honestly tastes amazing. i just have one point, i had pieces of tomato peel in my soup bites so i had to filter them off so i recommend that.
It is Nice I will made it again
Awesome. Added fennel and instead of heavy cream used 1 tbsp yogurt and 1/8 c of 2% milk.
good soup. turned out awesome

came out great! used 1cup 1/2 or fresh vine tomatoes and a cup1/2 of can fire roasted tomatoes diced for extra flavor..def made a difference! :) will def make again
I’ve been craving tomato soup and this fit the bill. Since there are no real flavorful tomatos available this time of year I used fire roasted diced tomatoes I substituted light cream for heavy. It was fantastic will definitely be making again. Will try with fresh tomatoes in the summer

perfect. would make it again
I've made this soup many times since finding the recipe on Yummily. Very easy and so delicious.
The soup itself was ok, but a little underwhelming in regards to robustness of the flavor. Will try different variations and tomato types next time.

Delicious and easy to pull together.
Yummy! Healthy. Easy to make.
Did not make the amount it states :(. It does taste ok.
Awesome! I am not a tomato soup fan. My girlfriend is so I started looking for a recipe and this one looked like it had potential. The only things I changed were that I added more garlic and crushed red pepper. Then for a garnish I added fresh buffalo mozzarella after it was poured and a basil leaf. I walked away a fan of this soup and found an excuse to make it again the same week. I also recommend doubling the recipe. You will want left overs. Love it.

Like a tomato sauce instead of soup.
The soup was fantastic. Easy recipe and quick.
Turned out wonderful! It was enjoyed by the whole family. No sugar added, and low sodium on the broth

Was really good... I think I may have put it in blender too long. It could also use a little bit of sugar to get rid of the tartness from the ‘maters. But bro! It was BROTASTIC!!!

This is a tasty recipe that went over well with my entire family.
