  • 500 millimeters chicken stock
  • 2 spring onions (Cut into 1cm long 'coins'.)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely sliced)
  • 30 grams ginger (Cut into batons as thin as possible.)
  • 1 kaffir lime leaves
  • 100 grams mushrooms (Sliced about 3mm thick.)
  • 250 grams shrimp (I use frozen but defrosted.)

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 stick lemon grass (Outer leaves removed and sliced.)

    Very tasty, i just used only lemon to replace all the other fancy tastes 🤷🏼‍♀️ and heavy Cream instead of coco
