Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery (finely)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • 12 3/10 ounces extra firm tofu (diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Wish-Bone Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 4 whole wheat pita bread (halved)
  • 4 slices muenster cheese (halved)

Directions

  1. 1Combine tofu with Dressing in small bowl; let stand 15 minutes.
  2. 2Meanwhile, combineHellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise with salt in large bowl. Stir in carrots, cucumber, tomato and celery. Gently fold in tofu. Evenly spoon tofu mixture into pitas, then add cheese. Garnish, if desired, with bean sprouts.
