Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French baguette (10-in., halved lengthwise)
  • 4 ounces turkey breast deli meat
  • 4 ounces brie cheese (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup rocket leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Arrange bread on baking sheet. Evenly spread cut side of bread with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and evenly top with turkey, arugula and Brie. Broil 1 minute or just until cheese is melted.
