  • 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds (or raw, unsalted)
  • 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds (or raw, unsalted)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax meal (ground flaxseed)
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup quinoa (uncooked, rinsed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pinch cinnamon (and nutmeg, or a couple grinds of fresh)
  • 3/4 cup raisins (to preference)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
