- grapes (White)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- spices (Sweet, ground, cinnamon and clove)
- alcohol (Pure)
- wine (Sweet passito, may substitute Marsala or a sweet dessert wine)
- 1Remove the grapes from the stem, wash them well and dry them completely.
- 2Fill a jar with the grapes.
- 3Add 4 tablespoons of sugar combined with the ground spices.
- 4Combine equal doses of pure alcohol, whisky, and passito, and pour into the jar to completely cover the grapes.
- 5Shake the jar so the sugar dissolves.
- 6Store in a cool, dark area for 3 months.
