I omitted the anchovies, and added some red bell pepper, and it turned out great! Super healthy and my kids loved it (on a tortilla shell instead. Just me and my husband ate the pita). Someone said leaving the lemon pepper on the fish in the fridge for a few hours really adds flavor, so I will be sure to try that next time for an extra kick. Really Great Recipe.
