  • 300 milliliters lukewarm water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar

    Directions

    1. Dissolve the yeast in 300ml of lukewarm water, if you're using active dry yeast wait a few minutes until it starts foaming.
    2. In a stand mixer with the dough hook attached add your flour, salt, and sugar.
    3. Make a well with the flour in the middle of the bowl and add your water and yeast mixture.
