Its a decent base recipe. use salad dressing instead of mayonnaise and green onions , apple cider vinegar, and add green peppers to the recipe and it will have a lot more flavor

The recipe was ok. I under-cooked some of my potatoes and substituted vegan mayo for my guest's dietary restrictions which clearly altered the taste.

I substituted apple cider vinegar for the wine vinegar. I also added some diced granny smith apples. I doubt that makes this a very helpful review, but it was tasty.

This is just the way I remember my mom making potato salad. Absolutely delicious! The only thing I would change is to reduce the salt by 1/2 teaspoon.

very basic yet delishes potatoe recipe. I like how the ingrediants are common and inexpensive. I used yukon potatoes and yellow onions. It would also be very good if mustard was added.

I've made a very similar version of it - I add some crispy bacon and then I use half mayo and half sour cream and add a bit of tarragon vinegar to that mixture. Everything else is pretty much the same. It's REALLY good.

REALLY GOOD !! My husband is a very picky food critic, especially when it comes to potato salad. But he liked it so much he had me make it again for his co-workers !!

Wonderful to the taste. I added some pickle juice to taste, red bell pepper and paprika as well. It was a hit and friends ate every last morsel. Thank you!

I bring this potato salad to every barbecue I attend. Everyone loves it (with or without the egg). Looks very fancy with a small amount of paprika and/or parsley sprinkled on top.

I have used this recipe for over 40 years and my children will only eat this potato salad. I have used it to make my Great grandmother's Hot German Potato Salad by adding bacon to it.

The recipe for Potato Salad was especially yummy after I added crisp cooked bacon. It was served on a bed of green leaf lettuce with tomato wedges as a tasty garnish.

I loved it without the vinegar. Every thing elese was good. Vinegar breaks down the Mayonaise and it will get watery. All is Good. Thank You

Yes it was the way my Mom always made it, i left out the celery and add bacon bites. I also make it will a local hot sauce just for the heat. Try it i think you will like it.
