I wanted to like the broccoli here, but I just didn't get it. I like raw broccoli just fine (if it's chopped small enough), so I might have preferred it uncooked.

Always amazing! Play with the dressing measurements to your liking. I have made this several times and Everyone loves this salad.

I made this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit! I always hate huge broccoli chunks in my salad so i'm glad the instructions specifically mentioned that the florets should be cut small. The dressing is lovely and the inclusion of feta cheese rounds everything out perfectly.
