I usually cannot stand chicken. It’s a texture thing. But the recommended method here works and the flavor is fantastic.

It was my first time making any meat—I’m a beginner—but it turned out so good and my family loved it! Definitely would recommend. It was very juicy and rich. The chicken was in the oven for about 23 minutes on 425.

Turned out really good, followed it step by step and it was delicious. Definitely keeping this recipe and recommend it to anyone.

This recipe turned out great. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The only thing I did differently, since I had the time, was brine the chicken for a couple of hours first, but I bet the recipe would still have been great without the extra step. I will definitely make this again. My family loved it.

It was a “win, win” recipe. I wasn’t sure about the smoked paprika when whisking the ingredients, but once baked, it was a perfect addition. It was easy, quick, and good! Maybe that would be 3 “wins!” Definitely added to my “liked” recipes!

Flavor & cook on chicken was prefect. The hubby & I were both pleased. Will make this again.

Good and juicy, just too much spice.

turned out moist and soft. the key was the high heat and timing and also i let it rest.

10/10 would make again! I'm going to cut the chili powder in half next time though. I use Japanese chili powder so it was a bit spicier than normal! The chicken came out really juicy at 425° with 20 minutes of baking time. The brown sugar gave the chicken a really tasty crust too. It was a great combination of spices.

it was disappointing. the chicken was quite dry, even after resting, and the coating burnt all around the chicken giving it a slightly burnt taste.

This chicken was amazing! Flavorful, tender and juicy. The directions do not list where to add the butter so I melted it and whisked all the ingredients into.
