The spices made the chicken kind of gritty? Would not make again.

Set my fire alarm off twice, but it was worth it!

Sweet front but spicy back end. I added a little coriander and cumin.

The dry tub was a bit much. In its defense, I did double the recipe, so maybe that changed the overall taste.

Great recipe also use it for pork chops.

Very spicy, my partner and I couldn't eat it. I chopped up the rest to put in a burrito bowl meal prep. On the plus side it was my first attempt at oven baked chicken and it was perfectly cooked and tender! Next time I'll just cut down on the spices.

Quite alright, but very dry...

Very good. Will try it again 👍

Great I would make it again

Turned out quite well--moist and flavorful. The spice rub starts sweet then kicks in hard.

This is an easy and quick recipe for chicken breast. I halved the recipe (for dinner for two) and had leftovers for another meal. It’s plenty spicy, but not overly. I may reduce the cayenne pepper. Served with rice and roast squash, it was a nice fall meal. (The squash and chicken roasted in the same pan - easy cleanup.)

Juicy and delicious!

I love it! Definitely would do it again

I usually cannot stand chicken. It’s a texture thing. But the recommended method here works and the flavor is fantastic.

It was my first time making any meat—I’m a beginner—but it turned out so good and my family loved it! Definitely would recommend. It was very juicy and rich. The chicken was in the oven for about 23 minutes on 425.

Turned out really good, followed it step by step and it was delicious. Definitely keeping this recipe and recommend it to anyone.

This recipe turned out great. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The only thing I did differently, since I had the time, was brine the chicken for a couple of hours first, but I bet the recipe would still have been great without the extra step. I will definitely make this again. My family loved it.
Hi 8 Oct
It was a “win, win” recipe. I wasn’t sure about the smoked paprika when whisking the ingredients, but once baked, it was a perfect addition. It was easy, quick, and good! Maybe that would be 3 “wins!” Definitely added to my “liked” recipes!

Flavor & cook on chicken was prefect. The hubby & I were both pleased. Will make this again.
Matty 4 Oct
Good and juicy, just too much spice.
Liseli Martin 4 Oct
turned out moist and soft. the key was the high heat and timing and also i let it rest.
