    I’ve made these crepes several times with great success! I always use them for dessert, so I add the recommended sugar and vanilla extract. My nonstick 8 inch fry pan is perfect and I don’t need additional butter or nonstick spray. My cooktop is an electric flattop, setting the burner between 5 (medium) and 6 is the perfect temperature to turn out lightly browned crepes. Great recipe!
