    I have used this recipe several times now, & it is by far the easiest recipe to follow. I have tried others in the past & they were a real pain & too complicated.     I added Betweena 1/4 And 1/2 cup more water than the recipe asked for As the dough was a bit dry, or not sticky enough. But other than that, a perfect recipe. Like yyou say the temperature of the water is moist important. Made a pepperoni n cheese pizza. The dough rise superbly. N made a wonderful pizza base.

    Recipe works great! As mentioned the dough is amazing. We add a little bit of garlic butter to the outer crust for a more tasty experience.

    This was my first homemade pizza. I did use a bread maker for the dough. I grated a block of mozzarella (shredded cheese doesn't seem to melt the same) and the whole family loved it. Gonna try calzones with this same recipe soon and make my own sauce.

    The only pizza dough I ever make! SO EASY and turns out perfectly EVERY time! I haven't tried refrigerating left over dough yet (because we always finish it off :-)), but I'd like to see how that works. LOTS of compliments on this crust!

    OMG this is freaking awesome!!! Hubby brushed it with garlic butter when it went into the oven for the 8 minutes. then the topped it with chicken, Alfredo sauce, spinach and jalapeños. Attitude here is higher so we had to cook it for an extra 15 minutes to get the crunch and it was perfect
