This is a great recipe the tip on how warm to make the water is fantastic! I would prevalent the crust for about five minutes first then dress it and cook the whole pizza

It needs more flour (4coups) for the given amount of water.

It’s the best dough I have made. The temperature of the water is definitely key 👌🏼 I let it sit for 2 hours and it came out great. Can’t wait to use my left over dough!

Easy if you follow the directions! If the yeast isn’t foamy at the top start over.

So good! Never imagined the perfect crust would be so easy! I added about a tablespoon of crushed basil, a tablespoon parsley, and a dash of oregano for a bit more flavor. soooo good!

this turned out great. i make bread quite often without measuring the temperature of my water but it was so easy i may do it more often. i did mine in a kitchen aid mixer and the ratios of water and flour were perfect. next time ill brush it with olive oil and sprinkle garlic salte. good recipe.

Perfect!! The real tip is getting your yeast to get frothy before adding the flour. If you don’t the dough just isn’t great. It makes a huge difference on the outcome.
