Directions
- Let the pork roast thaw overnight.
- Put the pork roast into the slow cooker and put all other ingredients on top. Try to throw the chili powder evenly over the roast.
- Cook in the slow cooker on High for about 4 1/2 hours or on low for about 6-8 hours (depending on the size of the roast).
- Hide it from your family so you can eat it all to yourself.
- Enjoy!
