I used sherry vinegar and a bit of Dijon for the vinaigrette, almonds, and didn’t blanch the broccoli. Very good. I think any toasted nuts will work, it just won’t be as “green”.

One of my favorite salads. Pistachios are good, but in a pinch, sunflower seeds are also good.
Love it! Added to my list

I wanted to like the broccoli here, but I just didn't get it. I like raw broccoli just fine (if it's chopped small enough), so I might have preferred it uncooked.

Always amazing! Play with the dressing measurements to your liking. I have made this several times and Everyone loves this salad.

I made this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit! I always hate huge broccoli chunks in my salad so i'm glad the instructions specifically mentioned that the florets should be cut small. The dressing is lovely and the inclusion of feta cheese rounds everything out perfectly.
