  • 16 ounces cottage cheese (or ricotta)
  • 3 1/4 cups mozzarella
  • 12 lasagna noodles (I use regular lasagna noodles, I don’t precook them, and they turn out great)
  • 1 1/2 cups beef (& sauce mixture)
  • 1/2 noodles
  • 1/2 cheese (mixture)
