We loved it. I bumped up the spices bc a few reviews said it was a bit bland. I added cumin, thyme and a pinch of cinnamon. Served on toasted rolls along with cole slaw. It was delicious, will definitely be making this recipe again & again!

needs a little less cyanne and a lot more salt/other spices. turned out bland. if you're going to put it on a sandwich, brown it in a pan beforehand so it gets a little caramelized and not soggy. it'll make your bread wet and liquefy id you dont.

Wasn't bad, had a nice little mild bite to it. Don't know if it's just me, but not searing the roast before I throw it in slow cooker always feels just a bit more dry. I added 2 red onions. Also threw in some sliced potatoes for the last 30min. Husband wasn't into the apple cider vinegar base but I didn't really taste it.
