Good recipe; out of necessity I had to make a couple of adjustments: didn't have jalapeno so I used some Light Adobo Powder, subbed in Garlic and Onion Powder for actual garlic cloves and Sweet Onion. Very flavorful and delicious with tomato and sour cream.
