Absolutely delicious!!! I am not a huge sloppy Joes fan but this is delicious. My husband and I ate it for dinner with leftovers. I definitely make again and will share recipe with family and friends

Super tasty! I was a bit worried, because fam said they liked Manwich better than scratch sloppy joes, but I wanted to try it, and this recipe changed their minds! Quick and easy, might take down the sugar a bit next time

These are the best! Complex flavor and great consistency. I served in pitas so filling would stay put and that worked out well, Thank you!

Best Sloppy Joe's I've ever made or served. My local store did not have green chilies so I substituted a can of Rotel and added Red Bell Pepper. Not much left for leftovers..... My phone will not allow me to rate 5 Stars. I would rate it 5+

This is the second I have made them! I asked the kids if I should make this again and it was a resounding YES! The second time around I really didn’t have to measure much- just went by memory- and I added some garlic powder- Montreal steak seasoning - and barbecue sauce! SO EASY! I never knew I liked sloppy joes as well!

Loved it! I used red wine vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar and a couple shakes of Montreal steak seasoning. Kept everything else the same. Can’t beat the simplicity and you’re lucky if you happen to have a family that’ll eat sloppy joes (my picky crew won’t so I made it for my lunch and will freeze the leftovers) so mommas looking for something good and quick for dinner this is a great recipe.

First time trying this out and the family loved it. I had to double up on the recipe so next time I will tweak it a bit to suit my personal preference. Tasty none the less.

I made this yesterday for the NBA playoffs for my BF and me.It was really easy and tasted really good.It is a fast recipe or like Heather said on her web site, the longer you cook it the better,so you have flexibility.I pretty much followed directions except for a couple of minor things.I added some sweet red peppers( less then a half) and garlic cloves and a little garlic powder.I put in a little butter and oil(very little, and sauteed the peppers for a couple minutes(cut it the way you want,I made them small like the onions) put in onions for a few minutes,I can't remember when I added the garlic then or with the hamburger a few minutes later.I didn't have to drain the meat,it wan't greasy.I bought 85?15 fat since that was all they had except for 90/10 and it needs some fat,I think.I added a little red pepper, black pepper and a little smoked paprika.I did everything else the same.I had put in about 11/4 lbs meat so I added a touch more, vinegar, ketchup and mustard(not much).I might put in more onion next time.It was really tasty. If I make sloppy Joes again, this will be my go to recipe. My BF really liked it and ate 3sanwhices.Not sure if he liked it because he didn't have to cook and make dinner. He does most of the cooking when I come over.Thank you so much for your recipe,Heather

Way better than Manwich! Better if i added jalepenos but my kids dont like spicy food. But i like the recipe since it was one of those recipes that you just have on hand.

Turned out delicious. I substituted a little maple syrup for brown sugar since I didn’t have any and it has a similar flavor. This was quick and easy for me and I last minute decided to make it so it was made with simple ingredients that are around the house.
