Good, simple recipe. I added lemon juice. Don't use shredded cheese--doesn't melt well. Cook on the lower side of the time range, broccoli burned when I went to the full amount of time. Edit: retried this recipe with the changes-- went way better! I used freshly grated parmesan, and watched the broccoli while roasting much more closely and took it out when it just started browning (around 18 minutes or so). Definitely recommend with the changes!

Darn good. I'll definitely be making this again and again. The lemon squeezed on top at the end was the kicker. I also added a few seasoned breadcrumbs sprinkled on top about halfway through roasting (because I had some leftover from another dish I was making that night). Try if you're in the same situation.

I love this recipe! My family, who only likes broccoli smothered in cheese, loves this recipe! We have made it several times, and feature it as a regular rotation in our dinners.

I love it! I sometimes add other seasonings. Blue Apron has a similar recipe and they use Za'atar, a Middle Eastern Spice mixture.The lemon and Parmesan really add to the flavor.
