Always a winner.. you can't really go wrong with pan-fried potatoes ;-) What makes this simple recipe so good is the cheese.. and the patience to get those lil' tater pieces nice and brown. The drier your potatoes, the less patience you need to get a great crispy bite so pat them tats as dry as you can get 'em.

super good! I tried making them once and shared them with my family and then i ended up makeing them at least 5 more times. I used vegetable oil instead and that worked just fine. I really recommend making these. To get them all softish and to a pretty brown it took me....20 or 30 minutes and that was with useing around 8 potatoes. It might take more/less time depending on what kind of potatoes you use and how many you use. But all and all i really like this recipe :)

this was really fun to make... though I had to make alot of changes cos i felt it was to boring...especially for kids. i also microwaved the potatoes for about 3 mins first.. this reduces the time it takes for it to fry. and i also fried some vegetables to make the plate colorful. it was really quick and turned out really good.
