I followed this exactly and there was nothing fried about it. Tender and moist? Yes. But not even close to being crispy. I may try this again, but in a skillet.

It was very tasty. I will try with other chicken parts. Made it with a bone in breast and it was delicous.

I use my own spices, but it turns out perfect every time. I love it.

Delicious recipe! I brined my chicken strips first, so I would lessen the amount of salt in the breading, but otherwise perfect.

I used chicken that had already been seasoned and set aside. It came out amazing and, yes, crispy. Put it on a paper towel like the directions say, and it won't be soggy.

Fantastic. i used fresh as opposed to frozen chicken breasts, which i marinated in buttermilk for 30 minutes prior to seasoning. One of the best meals I've ever made, and hubs agreed!!

Excellent! I did add more spices. Next time around I will cut back on the flour and increase the Panko. It is a winner and a keeper. Already sent it to my friends.

This was an okay recipe, the chicken was a little soggy

Great....will make this again. Didn't have panko but used 1/3 each white and wheat flour and cornmeal

Very good flavor. Just lacking the crispyness. I'll definitely cook again though.
