Delicious recipe! I brined my chicken strips first, so I would lessen the amount of salt in the breading, but otherwise perfect.

I used chicken that had already been seasoned and set aside. It came out amazing and, yes, crispy. Put it on a paper towel like the directions say, and it won't be soggy.

Fantastic. i used fresh as opposed to frozen chicken breasts, which i marinated in buttermilk for 30 minutes prior to seasoning. One of the best meals I've ever made, and hubs agreed!!

Excellent! I did add more spices. Next time around I will cut back on the flour and increase the Panko. It is a winner and a keeper. Already sent it to my friends.
