This is the best nacho recipe-
Note: pretty well followed the recipe- omitted the brown sugar & browned meat with onion & some of the seasoning. Added a packaged taco seasoning along with the water before adding refried beans and kidney/black beans.
The tortilla chips were nice & crispy, by placing them alone at first on a sheet pan in a 400 degree oven to warm.
Removed from oven topped with meat & bean mixture, cheese, black olives. This time returned to oven set on broil.
Once removed topped with the diced fresh tomatoes that was combined with diced pickled sweet & hot jalapeños & mixed with a chunky salsa. Sliced green onions scattered on top. Then sour cream after plated.
Super good! Finally, my favorite, go to recipe! Loved this!!!!
