Delicious! Nice shortbread crust, great tang in the lemon topping. I’ve made these with Eureka lemons and with Meyer lemons, and it’s all about the lemon. We like to add some zest to the topping and bake the crust until it’s golden. Very popular treat to share at potlucks, etc

pretty good. not amazing though. I just didnt love it. No problems with the recipe though

I used the Meyers lemons so I ended up with 3/4 cup lemon juice which made the bars a little too juicy. The next time I made them I added an additional 1/4 cup of flour to the lemon mixture and they came out perfect. I bring these to many social occasions and everyone raves about them. They are the perfect party dessert

These turned out okay. The weren't very lemony and I would prefer a recipe that has more filling then crust. I probably would not make them again.
