Perfect every time. This recipe has been requested over and over for family and friend events. I change it only to add flavors (ex. Chocolate crust and raspberry jam) but it's fantastic every single time.

This recipe is a must in all cooks kitchens. It’s easy, delicious and doesn’t take 9:00 hours to make. Watch out, the cake batter makes for two 9” pie pans.

This was great! I only deducted one star because I needed half a cup of butter for the crust, not a third. It was still quite powdery with only a third cup. Other than that, this is delicious!

Our cheesecake was a hit! I agree with some other reviews: it’s quite sweet so we reduced the sugar in the crust by one spoon—I’d recommend reducing by 2 spoons. Also 1/4 cup less sugar in the filling worked well. Chilled it in the fridge for 5 hours, but would recommend some freezer time if you like it extra chilled. If you have issues with cracking/sinking/undercooked filling, then it might be your oven :(
