It was good, very chewy but didn’t taste as I had hoped

They taste great! There’s a good balance with the sweetness of you use sea salt. Room temperature butter is a must for this and be sure to not over-fluff the butter and sugar mixture for them to not be cakey! I certainly made that mistake...

Great I found that by rolling into balls gave better results than plopping off the spoon

Definitely the best cookie recipe I’ve used so far! I followed the ingredients and then froze the dough for 45 minutes then moved it to the fridge for 15 minutes because my freezer gets really cold no matter what setting it’s on. I baked them at 350 for 12 minutes and let them sit for 5 as the directions called for. These turned out so good. I brought a bunch to work and they were almost gone before lunchtime and everyone raved about them! They were the perfect texture a little chewy on the outside and soft in the middle. I will be using this recipe from now on!

My kids and husband all agreed with the bold claim that this recipe was THE BEST in chocolate chip cookies. I couldn’t partake due to dietary restrictions on a Keto diet endeavor, but they are pretty tough critics so I believe them. I mixed mini semisweet chocolate chips with milk chocolate chips and added walnuts to the last two batches to delight the king of our castle. Solid recipe dudes! The chilling time was perfect. Thanks for sharing.

Great recipe! I followed it except for the fridge time, and they came out stellar. Last time I made them we did let them chill, and those were even better!
